Basement Level – Including facilities, general storage, mechanical and electrical space.

Total of 24,300-sq.ft.

1st Level – with medical offices, treatment & dialysis areas, fully equipped service/food court with water feature and modern conference room including dimming, sound & data systems. Total of 62,700-sq.ft.

2nd Level – with medical offices, records, treatment & recovery rooms. Total of 51,000-sq.ft.

Major Electric Work Included:

Main switchboard 3000-amp, 480/277-volt 3-phase 4-wire with electronic main and branch circuit breakers, (56) panelboards, (5) transformers, and (1) 150KW emergency stand-by generator. Also (2200) lighting fixtures, (31) pole lights, over (2,500) duplex receptacles, and an addressable fire alarm system.
