Charles Town Races – Expansion & Parking Structure

Expansion included a 5-level, 500,000+ sq.ft., 1500 space parking structure including Lighting, Fire Alarm, and Security Systems.

Service Level included loading docks, receiving, purchasing, food prep and storage areas, kitchen support, beer/soda pump rooms, liquor pump rooms, employee dining area for 200, security offices, wardrobe areas, main mechanical and electrical rooms.

Area I Slot City included 40,281 sq.ft. with approximately 800 slot machines, cash cages, Hard Count area, gift shops, bar, a Western Theme area including City Hall, Bank, Watch Shop, Water Company, Bakery, Butcher, Courthouse and Cinema.

Food Court Area included Asian, American, Italian, Mexican, Coffee Kiosk, Venues, and Dining Areas.

Shell Area included approximately 550 slots, outriders bar, cash cages and back of house.

Phase II Hollywood Theme Area included approximately 900 slots, Hollywood memorabilia, Porte Cochera, security, and public restroom areas.
